North Berwick, Scotland, 1863. Watercolor on paper. In Very Good Minus condition housed in a Very Good Minus frame. Painting measures w. 9 in. by h. 4.75 in. Frame measures w. 11.25 in. by h. 9.5 in. Moderate scuffing to frame. Paper moderately toned with minor soiling and light foxing, consistent with age. Paper backing on painting is slightly longer than the backing on the frame, sticks out slightly though not visible from the front. Title and date in lower right corner. Item no. P149. EH consignment.
