Sellersville, Pennsylvania, 1890. Very good. Toning,. Four (4) items collected by a house and sign painter named Henry H. Cope of Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Includes two illustrated advertising covers, stapled samples of block-printed wallpaper, and Cope's own printed business card. The items appear to have been sent to Cope promoting their products for him to use on the job; the companies include Richard E. Thibaut (wallpaper manufacturer), Berry Brothers (varnish manufacturer), and John Lucas & Co. (manufacturer of varnishes, brushes, paints and glass). The smallest item (business card) measures approx. 2.25" by 4" and the largest (the wallpaper samples) measures approx. 6" by 6" and includes four leaves.
