Welch Folding Bed Co: G. R. Eng. Co, 1880. Very good. Light toning, letter folds, dust soiling, modern paper repair to verso.. Illustrated flyer advertising the Welch Combination Folding Bed, perhaps sent to prospective customers with a circular or sale pitch letter in the 1880s. Contemporary ink inscription reads, "This style of Welch Bed costs $85, without mattress. The cut shows what it contains in front, and that it has to be turned around when lowered." Appears to be on wheels, to allow for the furniture to be turned around. Measures approx. 7.5" by 9.5
