White spine with black and light green lettering. Dust jacket is wrapped in a mylar covering, price uncut "$4.00", has stains, tears along the spine head and head fore corners, age toning along the head edges, and rubbing wear and small holes along the rear cover. Boards have adhesive stains and wear along the tail edges, small holes along the rear board, mild chipping along the tail fore corners, and mild bending wear along the spine head/tail. Textblock has stains and light soiling on some pages throughout, a tear on page 5, and slight splitting along the gutter between the front end-page and bibliography page, and mild foxing and stains along the edges.
