Patricia Morison was frequently cast as the femme fatale or villainous "other woman" in Hollywood, and appeared in multiple horror films and films noir throughout the 1940s, including "The Fallen Sparrow" (1943) and "Lady on a Train" (1945). She found even greater success on Broadway, and would receive widespread renown for her portrayal of Kate in Cole Porter's debut production of "Kiss Me, Kate" (1948).

From the archive of noted Hollywood still photographer Ray Jones. Born in Wisconsin on January 1, 1901, Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in the early 1930s, and went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures in 1935, where he worked well into the 1950s.
