Brend'amour, Simhart & Co. An 19 1/2" x 12 1/2" single-fold menu with elaborate illustrations on front and back covers. The front page depicts a beer maid carrying what appears to be giant turkey legs with a young boy leading the way. J. Wittmann Restauranteur. The back cover depicts a courting couple, each with a stein, near a public fountain. Cupid flies overhead. The exterior of the bier house at base. Text at base of the menu pages indicates the specialties prepared fresh daily. A large selection of entree categories and selections including what appears to be daily additions. Dated in in April 1902.
