(Script and Director) Series Trade PB Rather uncommon English translation of the script for the 1974 Fellini film, which the director considered "his most complete, expressive, and courageous work," although it was not well received in the U.S. The Foreword by Leon Steinmetz discusses the film's genesis and its place in Fellini's work, and is followed by a Preface by the film's star, Donald Sutherland. An analysis of the script, by Inga Karetnikova (editor of the "Script and Director" series), is at the end of the book. .
