ABS consignment. Shelved Room B. Scarce copy of "Phat Mama" magazine containing debut poetry by award winning playwright and novelist Ntozake Shange (then Paulette Williams). Shange is best known for penning the musical "for colored girls who have considered suicide / when the rainbow is enuf", which won an Obie Award and for the novel "Sassafras, Cypress & Indigo" 1395325.
