Tight and VG+ (one very small stain --the size of a pea-- along the front panel's fore-edge) in a bright, Good+ dustjacket, with minor soiling to the panels, very light creasing --with one or two smalll closed tears along the edges-- and one chip along the dustjacket's front panel.
