Includes a brief history of the Ottoman Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its predecessors, the Reis Efendis, along with lists of Ottoman sultans, grand viziers, ministers, and ambassadors. The work also covers the latest developments in Ottoman international relations, influential foreign states, their rulers, and their ambassadors to the Ottoman Empire.
