The culmination of Crowley's life work, "Equinox of the Gods," was first published in 1936. The book summarizes Crowley's career as an acknowledged master of occult science, describing the continuous stages of his progress through magical and mystical studies up to the point at which revelation came to him in 1904. The first edition was limited to 1000 copies, with an additional 250 subscriber's copies. Even though a second printing was issued the following year, "Equinox of the Gods" remains one of Crowley's rarest magical books. Includes a facsimile of Crowley's handwritten manuscript of "The Book of the Law.
