Clean, very impressive copies of the 1969 and 1970 stated 1st printings of both "Black Is" and "White Is" respectively. Both published by Grove Press (specifically their "Black Cat" imprint), both crisp and Near Fine. Poclet-sized, each wonderfully illustrated along the versos, with written captions at the facing rectos. Nice "bookends", not common to be offered as a pair.
