Pinkham (1819-1883) was an American businesswoman who became well-known for marketing remedies for female ailments ranging from ovarian cancer, painful menstruation, and sterility to general "hysteria" and nervousness. The present booklet appeals to its target audience with recipes, testimonials from loyal customers, ideas for outdoor games for children, and friendly illustrations. Single vol.
