Tiny pinholes with slight toning, ink doodles of faces on the verso of two sheets, overall very good. All but two print advertisements for vacations on the verso. A collection of flyers for the cinema club Connaissance du Cinéma operating under the umbrella of The French Federation of Film Clubs (FFCC). The FFCC was created in 1946 by Jean Painlevé with the goal of promoting the art of cinema and defending the rights of film viewers. The organization ran until 1989 and had over 150 film clubs across France that organized regular film screenings and debates. Some of the films listed in this collection include *The Children of Hiroshima,* *Land Without Bread,* *Ivan The Terrible,* *Vampyr*, *The Italian Straw Hat,* *The Blood of a Poet,* *The Passion of Joan of Arc,* along with several Charlie Chaplin movies, and much more.
