Tight, handsome and VG+ in its duotone boards, with bright gilt-titling along the front panel. A touch of light abrading at the rear panel, otherwise clean as could be. Just on the heels of the end of World War I, Col. Willam Starrett (1877-1932), one of the great figures in early 20th century skyscraper construction (including the Empire State Building), here argues for fevered, bullish growth in the construction of these "giants of the sky
