Tight and VG+ in its chocolate-brown, pebbled boards, with decorative blindstamping and crisp gilt-titling and design at the panels. Very mild wear at the spine crown, still though very well-preserved. Wonderful engraved family tree ("The Morris Tree") at the frontispiece. 12mo, also includes several tipped-in (or laid-in) handwritten letters. A nice piece of Connecticut genealogy.
