Rear board shaky but overall binding holding; pages unmarked. A Very Good copy of Hecht's first novel, with review by H.L. Mencken to rear dust jacket panel remarking, "It has upon me the effect of a gaudy and fantastic panorama, in which the movement is almost acrobatic and the color is that of a Kaleidoscope.
