Published by the makers of Lysol: a printed health chart for families of small children, combined with a paper doll book of the child actress "Baby Sandy". The health chart, printed on the back of the upper wrapper, spans one month and has blank spaces for children to check off thirteen different health and hygiene tasks (e.g. "I dressed on time", "I combed and brushed my hair"). Blank spaces for weight, height, and how much weight the child should gain. Also includes tips for parents on everything from breast feeding to ideal sleeping, how to take a temperature, and the importance of taking care of mother's health. Paper doll of Baby Sandy can be punched out from the lower wrapper, and there are two uncut leaves of outfits to cut out included inside the book. Single vol. (9" by 6.75"), pp. [12], illus., in original illus. wrps with image of Baby Sandy on front and unpunched paper doll on back. "Baby Sandy" (Alexandra Lea Magee, née Henville, 1938-2024) was a child model and actress considered the "Shirley Temple" of Universal Pictures. She appeared in films between 1939 and 1942.
