Sextodecimo [17 cm] Brown striated cloth over boards with gilt lettering on the front board. Extremities moderately rubbed and very gently bumped. Very small stain to fore-edge of text block. Upper extremities of pages just a little rippled. The map (with the copyright date of 1905), has a 1" closed tear along the inside margin, and is in near fine condition. With map in excellent condition.
