Espionage thriller, in which a British Secret Service agent teams with an American Secret Service agent (the latter a woman) team up to steal "a super-plane developed by the Germans and capable of such amazing speed, altitude, cruising radius and destructiveness that it would give Germany complete mastery of the air," and fly it to England. Published in late October 1939, just weeks after the outbreak of World War II. .
