"Published underground -- for & by GI's at Fort Knox. Dedicated to free speech and the struggle for our rights." Includes an illustration of approved haircuts, with commentary below labeling "the Brass" as racist's, stating that "The only hairstyle authorized for Black GIs is "D", a stinking skinhead.
