Includes: a statement of the Club's philosophy; a message from the President, Clara B. Rhoades; one-page biographies of Ms. MacDonald and Gene Raymond (her husband and the club's Honorary President); a reproduction of a letter of greeting from then-President (of the U.S.) Ronald Reagan; tribute ads from Cesar Romero, Ann Jillian, Edward Ashley, and others. In the rear of the program were five blank pages, three of which contain brief inscriptions (to the program's previous owners, famed M-G-M makeup artist William Tuttle and his wife Anita) and autographs of various celebrity (and other) attendees, including Charles "Buddy" Rogers, Mae Clarke, Dore Freeman, Gene Raymond, Edward Ashley, Lew Ayres, and Kathryn Grayson (signed "Katie Grayson").
