From the archive of noted Hollywood still photographer Ray Jones. Born in Wisconsin on January 1, 1901, Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in the early 1930s, and went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures in 1935, where he worked well into the 1950s.

Julie London was an actress and singer who appeared in two dozen films between 1944 and 1968, as well as numerous television series from the 1950s through the 1970s, and recorded over thirty albums of pop and jazz standards between 1955 and 1969. As well as starring in films such as "The Fat Man" (1951), "Man of the West" (1958), and "The Wonderful Country" (1959), London starred in the NBC series "Emergency!" (1972 - 1978), for which she received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series. London's debut single "Cry Me a River" (1955) became her most successful and highest-selling single of her musical career, selling three million copies in total, and in 2001 was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
