All 3 volumes clean and VG+ in their original red cloth, with early 20th century Art Deco spines and matching red leather tips. Stylish, very attractive 1/4 leather bindings by W.H. Smith & Son of Letchworth, Hertfordshire, UK. Light spotting and soiling at a bit of the text and along several of the preliminaries, mild darkening to the pastedowns. Uniform octavos, top-edges gilt. Wonderful original illustrations by Cattermole and Brown throughout.
