Collage glue a bit darkened, else a Very Good to Near Fine example.
Posthumous reissue of this three-part poem by the Cleveland underground poet D.A. Levy (1942-1968), who died by suicide at the age of twenty-six. The penultimate leaf of this pamphlet bears the faintly printed statement "This poem reprinted to make void bearable."
