Illustrations and photographs throughout. Light wear; slight chipping to spine ends; smudging. Bindings sound and pages unmarked; Very Good.
Complete run of one of the most distinguished and sought after small press poetry magazines, including the uncommon seventh volume featuring Kerouac, Ginsberg, and a portion of "Naked Lunch" by Burroughs, here attributed to "William Lee." Printed by Creeley in Mallorca and featuring the work of the "Godless eccentrics," according to one local, at Black Mountain College, the Review was a phenomenon in the poetry community where publishing opportunities were scarce "during those damp, encased, mid-fifties McCarthyite years," (Duberman).
