Gilt lettering to spine is mostly worn away. Boards are detached due to splitting at the joints and hinges, with moderate soiling and heavy shelf wear. Chipping to leather and paper along the board edges, on covers, and on spine, with exposed board at the fore corners. Edges rubbed. Shallow loss of material to head and tail of spine. Text block is moderately soiled on edges; lightly age toned and moderately foxed throughout. Housed in a card-backed archival sleeve. Shelved in Room A. 1403772. Special Collections.
