Provides basic information on how wine is made, an overview of different kinds and regions (e.g. Bordeaux, Champagne), how to boy and handle wine, decanting, glasses, and how to become an effective connoisseur. Single vol. (6.75" by 4"), pp. 32, in original printed wrps, together with brief illustrated leaflet "enjoy life through French wines" (6.75" by 4.75"). Andre L. Simon (1877-1970) was a prominent 10th century French wine merchant and connoisseur.
