Bound in publisher's dark green cloth with light green lettering and decoration to spine. Rubbing along extremities, with some fraying and tearing to cloth at head and tail of spine and at corners of boards. Spine cocked. Staining to edges of textblock, lightly visible throughout interior. Age toning throughout. Second gathering loosening. Inscribed by Wiggin on front free endpaper.


BAL 22632: Imprint on spine measures 1/16", making this Binding State A. Page 325, line 9 changed to "Don't turn in at the side" and page 327, line 13 changed to "October sun," making this the fourth printing listed, though the BAL does say that "the order of presentation is tentative."
