Privately Printed, 1927. Hardcover. Quarto, xv, 161 pages, plus 30 illustrated plates, intext photographs, and a foldout map. In Good minus condition. Quarter bound in black leather with blue paper boards. Spine has gilt lettering with a significant loss of leather to the spine head/tail, resulting in exposed quires. Boards are slightly cocked, have chipping to extremities, age toning, and moderate rubbing wear throughout. Textblock has moderate age toning to edges, moderate foxing to some pages throughout, light offsetting to some pages opposite plates, and stains scattered to some pages throughout. Foldout map is partially detached from textblock. Inscribed "To Cox [illegible] from" and signed by William Vanderbilt and dated "Oct. 2 1929" on the front free end page. Shelved in Room F. 1404152.
