Colorful and very attractive in its spiral-bound, laminate card wrappers. Light peeling to the laminate at the rear panel, with just a touch of loss to the text, otherwise clean as could be. And internally very sharp as well, with vivid colors and fold-out pland and ideas throughout. Charming and certainly of the period, reflecting a post-War optimism for building and remodeling.
