An advertising booklet for Durkee & Co., "importer and grinder of spices" and maker of Gauntlet Brand products. The short, narrative recipes feature the spices, flavorings, mustards, salad dressing, and more. Internally clean and sound, in decorative wrapper bearing a chromolithograph illustration.
