New York, NY: The Sculptors Guild, 1973. Softcover. VG- some marks to wraps, small tears at spine, all else excellent. Black wraps with white illustration. Unnumbered pages. Features many bw illustrations. "The Sculptors Guild is proud to present its thirty-sixth Annual Exhibition. This marks its fifteenth consecutive show at Lever House.
The content of the exhibition is always a surprise - even for the Guild. Unlike jury selected or museum chosen shows, Guild Annuals are made up of sculptures self-selected by each individual sculptor. They comprise a group only when assembled here on receiving day.
However, considering the variety of approaches of its constituent members, a lively and diverse exhibit usually results. This is precisely the aim of the Guild. While there is no compulsive attempt to present a compendium of all the current isms of the Art World, we do hope to bring to the public something of the richness, variety, and vitality of contemporary sculpture; to show the results of the searching and exploring, the accomplishments of our members."
