Presumably she was related to the publishers of the present novel, Lindsay Publishing Co., and to the Lindsay's Psychology Literature series, an advertisement for which is included in the novel's end-matter. A synopsis of this series reads, "Books that give formulas for doing things as well as possessing the highest thought." This is evidently Flora Lindsay's only book.
