I Sing the Body Electric, Bradbury's classic collection of eighteen sci-fi short stories, was originally published in 1969; this signed limited edition expands the collection to twenty-nine stories. Bradbury drew the title of the collection (and its titular story) from the first lines of Walt Whitman's poem of the same name: "I sing the body electric, / The armies of those I love engirth me and I engirth them, / They will not let me off till I go with them, respond to them, / And discorrupt them, and charge them full with the charge of the soul." Fine in Fine dust jacket.
