Folio; in full speckled calf, with raised bands, decorations in gilt and morocco label letters in gilt; li, [lii-liv]; [5], 402 pages; 288 pages; followed by An Alphabetical Table xx pages; with engraved frontispiece.~~Bound in two parts, the first part comprised of Europe; the second part comprised of Asia, Africa, and America; the first part has 18 maps along with a small map inset; the second part has 25 maps, including 4 smaller maps on 2 pages, and a single folding map.~~The joints are beginning to crack but are holding well; lacking a front endpaper; the frontispiece is beginning to detach but is still holding.~~Overall a nice copy of the Fourth Edition of Moll’s Geographer. The first was printed in 1709. Moll was an important London mapmaker in the first half of the 18th century. Very Good binding.
