Includes frontis, appendices and index.Gilt side and bottom edges are slightly marred, minor amount of underlining and a single notation in McDonald's piece. A fly-fishing hermit who wrote under the pseudonym Badger Hackle, Gordon is credited with popularizing dry-fly fishing in America. His writings were compiled by McDonald after his death into this volume, which was originally published in 1947 (Wikipedia).
