Screenwriters Stephen Sustarsic and Steve Cuden wrote frequently for sitcom television throughout the 1980s and 1990s, as well as Sustarsic being the screenwriter for the 2004 cult favorite film, "Lucky," directed by Cuden. Sustarsic was also one of the creators of the children's animated series "The Wild Thornberrys" (1998-2004).

Matt accidentally turns a friendly stray dog, Ralph, into a person during an experiment in longevity, and unleashes a party animal on the city.

Set in New York.
