Edison Lamp Works, 1921. Ephemera. Very Good. 55 gilt-edged cards. Complete. 52 card deck, two informational cards, and a Edison Mazda advertising card. Housed in a blue two-piece slipcase box with an illustrated paper label on the front, and an advertisement for "J. B. Terry Co. Electrical Merchandise, Cedar Rapids, Iowa" on the rear. With rubbing to the extremities of the box. A couple of small pieces of the box's seal remains at the foot. Promotional item produced for Edison Lamp Works.

"The illustration on the back of these cards is from an original painting by Maxfield Parrish... This painting was made especially for the Edison Lamp Works of General Electric Company and was used in 1918 for the Edison MAZDA lamp calendar.
