Date of publication based on Kircher's address listed as Los Angeles, 26, placing this sometime before 1963 and the introduction of the zip code.
An unusual prospectus for what appears to be an unrecorded pamphlet titled "Siberia U.S.A.," decrying the WHO, UNESCO, and the World Federation for Mental Health and their revised procedures for commitment ("No Jury, No Appeal, No Warning"). The design of the illustration, more reminiscent of a vampire than Frankenstein, is composed almost entirely using typographic elements.
We find no copies of either this flyer or "Siberia U.S.A." separately catalogued in OCLC as of October, 2025.
