Loosely based on Edgar Allan Poe's 1845 poem "The City in the Sea," and on H.P. Lovecraft's 1931 novella "The Shadow over Innsmouth." A lost city is discovered deep below the sea, off the coast of Cornwall, populated with inhabitants who have not aged in over a century.
Set in turn-of-the-century Cornwall.
