Each volume in an illustrated dust jacket which is lightly rubbed. Foot of the spines are creased. The Volume I dust jacket is clipped. In a slipcase bound in brown cloth, with a few loose threads along the edges. Inscribed by Thomas E. Mails to bookman and publisher Ernie Bulow and Annette Bulow on each front free endpaper. There is a unique inscription in each volume, and Volume I also contains an original illustration.
