Millbrae, CA: Privately printed by A. R. Tommasini, 1980. [vi]p., plus [12] leaves printed obverse only in red and black ink, original stiff-printed red wrappers. Minature format. Colophon: "Five hundred copies of this keepsake have been printed in December, 1980, for the friends of A. R. Tommasini.... The presswork was done on Tommy's 10x15 Chandler & Price platen press." Also a loose two-colored printed Christmas greetings slip from the printer. All in an original stamped envelope posted to a Berkeley, California recipient.
