Produced by the gay publishing and distribution firm Editions A.S.L. in Paris from 1965 to 1983, Incognito Guide was the first directory to gay businesses and organizations regularly published in French.
The editions from the mid-1970s offered here feature extensive annotated listings for France, along with further listings from other countries worldwide. The guides include black-and-white and spot-color display ads, many with photos of listed establishments.
