Attractive edition of this classic designed and printed by Giovanni Marersteig at Stamperia Valdonega. Includes 32 tipped in color plates along with numerous woodcut portraits. Both books in very near fine condition in cloth boards with laid in newsletter for the Limited Editions Club and in near fine dust jackets with some slight toning and spotting to the spines some some small chips/tears to the top of volume two and in near fine slipcase that has some light edge wear. Signed by Marersteig on the colophon page. A very nice set. Please note that this is heavy set and will require extra shipping.
