Fine. 4to, black linen, title pressed in gilt front, 26 pages, map attached to rear pastedown, measuring 39 x 26". An apparently unused copy, leaves of booklet slightly toned, as expected given paper pulp. Map is remarkably preserved, still in original folds, and apparently unused. The nicest we'd expect to find.
