Toned as typically seen, some restitched, one lacking cover (1826), some loss to a few pages here and there. Most published in Portland by various printers: the Gazette and Argus Offices; Hyde, Lord & Duren; Sanborn & Carter; S. H. Colesworthy; Masters, Smith & Company (Hallowell); William Hyde & Son; George r. Smith ( Bangor); Smith and, Jenks, Hickling & Swan (Boston).
