Underlying boards peeking through at the fore-edge corners. 1/4" split in the front joint at the foot of the spine. Front hinge weak, but binding still sturdy. In the dust jacket, with numerous light scratches to the panels, periodic small chips to the lightly creased edges and folds, and a 1" closed tear to the top edge of the rear panel, near the spine. The Goetia is the most famous grimoire with the exception of the Key of Solomon. This volume presents a transcription of a hitherto unpublished manuscript of the Lemegeton which includes four whole grimoires.
