He was acting as the Chairman of the Soviet delegation to the 15th session of the United Nations General Assembly. This documentary volume contains a complete collection of UN statements, all Soviet proposals to the UN during this session, other major addresses and news conferences given in New York, and a follow-up report delivered after Khrushchev's return to Moscow.
