Silver perfume holder in the form of a fanciful fish with red stone eyes and articulated tail

The sole-like fish, its body engraved and chased, is hinged at the head, which opens to reveal a perfume container; the tail, indecipherably hallmarked, is composed of six jointed segments, giving it a naturalistic flexibility, and the entire piece is a tactile delight.
